Frequently asked questions
Questions about appraisal reviews
Does a review include a new opinion of value?
It may or may not. A review evaluates another appraiser’s work. Developing a separate opinion of value is an additional assignment requirement established before engagement and identified in the report.
What should I provide?
Start with the complete appraisal report, property address, reason for the review, and specific concerns. Available supporting documents may also help define the scope, fee, and delivery estimate.
